We knead our dough daily on site from the highest quality flour and let it ferment for at least 24 hours, so it brings out the best of flavour. We then hand stretch and toss our pizzas to be topped with the finest ingredients. All vegetables are sourced locally. We welcome you to come in and see how it only takes around 2 minutes to cook the pizza in our hand-built Italian oven.
